On Good Friday, we pause to remember the incredible weight of the pain Jesus endured on the cross ❤️✝️
Hebrews 12:2 tells us to ‘look unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame.’
In the midst of His suffering, Jesus saw beyond the agony, beyond the rejection, and beyond the death itself—He saw you and me, and the hope of our redemption. His pain was not in vain; it was the very cost of our freedom, the price of our forgiveness, and the path to eternal life.
